8. ONLINE SALES When we receive your order you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt. All purchases are non-exchangeable and non-transferable except in accordance with our returns policy below. All prices are subject to change. All products are subject to availability.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty.

11. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY SALT is a limited edition publication and all sales are final. We do not accept change of mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order details and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

13. SHIPPING Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control. A shipping confirmation will be sent when your order is dispatched. For Australian deliveries: Australia Post standard: flat rate of A$15. For international deliveries: Australia Post international: flat rate of A$65 (3–10 working days depending on destination).

14. VAT & CUSTOMS All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. For international deliveries, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country upon receipt of their order.
